Using Kin
You must be 18 or older, or a student whose parent invited you. Keep your account secure and only share photos you have the right to share. Don't use Kin to harass, or to send unlawful or harmful content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions
Kin is free for students. Parents can subscribe to Kin Premium (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Free plan
The free plan includes one photo per student per day, up to two student pages, and keeps your latest 9 photos per student (the newest 3 stay clear). Premium removes those limits.
Content rules and enforcement
Don't post anything unlawful, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, threatening or that violates someone's rights. You can report a photo or block the other person from the photo screen; we review reports promptly and may remove content, restrict features or terminate accounts that break these rules. Your content
You own your photos. You give us permission to store and display them to the other person on your page so the service works.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
